Service Description
What can I expect in my 90-minute Initial Consultation? • Your case history will be taken. You will be asked various questions about your health, lifestyle and diet • Please bring copies of any recent medical tests for review • Please arrive 15-minutes early for photos of irides (eyes) and tongue • Any health information taken will be kept secure and confidential Your case history will be utilised to build a personalised naturopathic plan and herbal formula to support you. • Herbal formulas require a $150 retainer for order purposes, any change will be returned when the order is given to you - subsequently if a formula costs more you will be notified before ordering. If you need an online appointment instead of in person just ask and we will arrange it for you. Herbs or tinctures are premium quality, organic wherever possible, sourced sustainably via specialist suppliers to the Herbal profession, and carefully combined in individual and patent formulae. Follow up appointments can be booked at the end of each consultation priced at $160.00 (in person or online available)
Cancellation Policy
I have been informed of the fees for service priced at $200 for a 90-minute initial consultation, and $160 for 30 minutes follow-up consultation, and I understand that payment is due when the services are provided. If I do not cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, then I am liable for the fee, the fee being half of the consultation fee that I am currently booked in for.
