Key

The Key is the all important starting point on your journey towards better health, wellness and vitality. This will either be a herbal key or a nutritional key, and both aim to support you whilst we work together to address your individual support requirements. The key will be carefully assembled post consultation based on the information we gather during your initial consultation. We take into consideration what brought you to us in the first instance, and what you tell us about your: respiratory system, cardiovascular system, urinary system, etc. We gather all of this to decide how best to assist you.
