Stress in all it's forms contributes towards damage to the cells of our body - be-it from improper nutrition, the stress & anxiety we bring to ourselves, or the stress placed upon our cells by environmental toxins, all need to be addressed if we want to extend our lives. Free radical damage is one of the biggest damages our body is trying to negate every moment of our lives.
With stress being the biggest driver towards ill-health, we strive to support our clients by offering advice on how this could be mitigated or eased - this may be by offering a calming herbal tea in the evening instead of alcohol. It could be by suggesting going for a calming massage, isolation tank or sauna, even a walk in nature to get away from everything. All of these steps are important to keeping our vitality strong.
