Cancellation Policy

I have been informed of the fees for service priced at $200 for a 90-minute initial consultation, and $160 for 30 minutes follow-up consultation, and I understand that payment is due when the services are provided. If I do not cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, then I am liable for the fee, the fee being half of the consultation fee that I am currently booked in for. Appointments must be booked at least 24hrs in advance. If you do require an appointment in less than 24hrs, please email and we will endeavour to assist you.
